บริษัท น้ำตาลบุรีรัมย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BRR ได้รับคะแนนการประเมินการกำกับดูแลกิจการในระดับ 5 ดาว หรือ “ดีเลิศ” (Excellent CG Scoring) ต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 8 จากโครงการสำรวจการกำกับดูแลกิจการบริษัทจดทะเบียนไทย (CGR) ประจำปี 2568 ซึ่งจัดโดย สมาคมส่งเสริมสถาบันกรรมการบริษัทไทย (IOD) ภายใต้การสนับสนุนของ ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.)
ผลการประเมินดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงการดำเนินงานของบริษัทภายใต้กรอบการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี (Good Corporate Governance) โดยให้ความสำคัญกับความโปร่งใส ความรับผิดชอบ และการบริหารจัดการที่เป็นธรรมต่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทุกฝ่ายบริษัทมุ่งมั่นรักษามาตรฐานการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างมีจริยธรรม ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนในด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม (ESG) เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้น ชุมชน และสังคมในระยะยาว

Buriram Sugar Public Company Limited was selected by the Stock Exchange of Thailand to be a member of Thailand Sustainability Investment List (THSI) 2020 as the first time member in the agro & food industry category. This reflects the commitment of Buriram Sugar group to operate and place importance to create sustainable business as well as focus on responsibility for the environment, society and governance (ESG).
