Sugarcane Ecoware Co., Ltd. (“SEW”) was registered in 2018in 2018 with a registered capital of 75,000,000 Baht. In 2020, the company increased its registered capital to 285,000,000 Baht. Subsequently, in 2022, the registered capital was increased to 545,000,000 Baht. In 2023, the registered capital was further increased to 615,000,000 Baht, followed by another increase to 665,000,000 Baht in 2024. In 2025, SEW increased its registered capital again by 223,500,000 Baht, resulting in the current registered capital of 888,500,000 Baht. SEW operates a business focused on the production of environmentally friendly food packaging. Currently, the company distributes its products both directly and indirectly to modern trade channels, as well as to wholesalers, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and others. The primary raw material used in production is sugarcane bagasse pulp, and the company has a production capacity of approximately 300 million pieces per year.
